Set in the coastal village of Seget Donji, just 5 metres from the Adriatic Sea, Villa Malia is a spacious beachfront property with a heated saltwater infinity pool, jacuzzi and private pier. Local restaurants, cafés and shops are approximately 350 metres away, while the historic centre of Trogir is 2 km from the villa.
The property is set on 1,280 m² and offers 390 m² of living space arranged across two floors, with a separate annex beside the main villa. Suitable for up to 8+2 guests, the main house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, while the annex provides additional sleeping space for two guests.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and guest WC. Also on this level is a bedroom with a king-size bed, sea view, TV, walk-in wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Large sliding doors connect the living spaces with the outdoor terrace, where there is a dining table for 12, a wood-fired barbecue, jacuzzi and comfortable seating area. At the centre of the terrace is the heated saltwater infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers.
Below the pool is an additional relaxation area with artificial grass and decorative plants. Paved steps lead directly to the pebble beach and seaside promenade, while a private pier is positioned in front of the property.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, balcony access and a bathtub beside the bed. Its en-suite bathroom includes a shower and double sinks, and the bedroom also has a wardrobe.
The second bedroom on this floor has two 140 × 200 cm beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a smaller lounge area with a TV and seating. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available on this level.
The separate annex includes a room with a sofa that can be used as a bed for two guests, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a small kitchen.
Additional amenities include underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, CO2 and fire alarm systems, and outdoor parking. The main kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, freezer, stove, extractor hood, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
Seget Donji provides a peaceful coastal base within easy reach of Trogir, whose historic old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The surrounding area also offers opportunities for water sports and boat trips to Čiovo, Drvenik and coves along the Trogir Riviera.
With the beach only steps away and restaurants, shops and Trogir within easy reach, the villa is well suited to families, couples and groups of friends looking for a spacious stay on the Dalmatian coast.
