On the Dalmatian coast at Primošten, Villa Primosten Glamour sits just 20 m from a clear stretch of the Adriatic. This modern stone villa stands beside a quiet pebble beach, where a concrete plateau with stairs leads straight into the sea. The child-friendly pebble beach in front of Zora Resort is 500 m away, and the centre of Primošten is 1 km from the door. Shops, restaurants, cafés, a bank, a pharmacy and a tennis court all lie within that same kilometre. The nearest marina is 5 km away, the ferry 30 km and the airport 35 km. Renovated in 2016, the villa welcomes up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms and accepts pets on request.
Primošten began as a fishing and wine-making village near Šibenik and has grown into one of the most sought-after destinations in Dalmatia. Its old town rises on a hilly peninsula ringed by seven small islets, a place of narrow lanes and stone houses that has been recognised for its distinctive landscaping and urban planning. The surrounding vineyards produce Babić, the local red wine made from an indigenous grape. In summer, entertainment and cultural events fill the main square almost daily. Beyond the beaches, the area offers tennis, table tennis, sailing and beach volleyball, along with taverns and restaurants that serve traditional Dalmatian cooking.
Guests enter the property from the seaside, through a courtyard softened by typical Dalmatian greenery. The 800 m² plot centres on a large terrace with a heated private pool of 25 m², with outdoor seating and deck chairs for long, unhurried afternoons. A separate wellness house holds the sauna, and the villa also has a gym. The outdoor stone grill, an extra outdoor kitchen, a dining set and a lounge set make the terrace a natural place for meals in the open air. In front of the villa, the quiet beach offers natural shade and lounge chairs. Beach towels and deck chairs at the beach are provided, as are pool towels.
The interior extends over three floors with 632 m² of living space. On the ground floor, arched glass doors open from the terrace into a spacious, elegant living and dining area with the main kitchen. This kitchen connects directly to the terrace and its stone grill, so evenings of Dalmatian cooking can move easily between indoors and out, with the sea in view. This floor also has a guest bathroom with a shower and an en suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower.
An interior staircase leads to the first floor, which has a second living and dining area with its own fully equipped kitchen. Two en suite bedrooms and a third bedroom with a private bathroom are arranged around it. A large 100 m² terrace with seating and sea views opens from this level. The second floor follows a similar plan, with another living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony that looks out to sea. Here there are two more en suite bedrooms with showers and a third bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. Across the two upper floors, the six bedrooms have two king-size and four queen-size beds between them. Altogether the villa has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one guest bathroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with LCD and satellite TVs, sofas and armchairs in the living areas, and Wi-Fi throughout. Each of the three kitchens has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchens are also stocked with a range hood, microwave, espresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, mixer, toaster and kettle, as well as utensils and tea towels. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, and there is also a hairdryer, ironing equipment and a vacuum cleaner. A baby cot and high chair are available. Private parking is available at the property, including two outdoor spaces.
The price includes a villa manager, concierge service, a welcome package and the tourist tax. Daily room maintenance and a daily change of towels (or on request) are also included, with pool maintenance every two days or on request. A private chef and waiter, transfers, boat and car hire, guides and tailored excursions can be arranged on request at an extra charge. The villa can also host weddings for up to 25 guests, subject to a separate fee.
