This villa stands in Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, 1 km from the centre of the village and 2 km from the historic core of Trogir, a town under UNESCO protection. The sea and the island's pebble beaches, among them Copacabana Beach, lie just 90 metres away, and Split Airport is 7 km off, roughly a 15-minute drive. The house sits beside a seaside promenade lined with beaches, restaurants, cafés and a water park for children, while shops and a bus station are around 80 metres away.
Beyond the immediate shoreline, Trogir's stone architecture and lively waterfront are close at hand, and Split, with its UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace, is within easy reach. A marina, bank, pharmacy and doctor are all about 1 km away, tennis courts lie 5 km off, and the area makes a natural base for boat trips, island excursions and wider exploration of the central Dalmatian coast.
Built in 2015 and renovated in 2019, the villa is an example of modern architecture with simple, clean lines that settle into a landscape of green pines and deep blue sea. Around 300 square metres of interior space sit on a plot of 1,000 square metres, with sea views from selected areas and the upper floor. The stone terrace on the ground floor is the heart of outdoor life, centred on a 32-square-metre heated private pool with an outdoor shower, deck chairs and poolside loungers. Nearby, an outdoor dining table seats 14, and a lounge set, summer gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue grill and outdoor fireplace complete a setting made for long summer days and warm evenings among Mediterranean greenery.
The villa is arranged over four levels. The basement is given over to wellness, with a sauna, a gym, a jacuzzi for four and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a comfortable living room with sofa and satellite TV opens onto a dining room with a table for 14 and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, mixer, toaster and kettle. A guest toilet and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom with bathtub are also on this level.
The first and second floors are devoted to rest, each holding three bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, bringing the total to seven bedrooms for up to 14 guests. Five bedrooms have a queen bed and two have a king bed, and every en suite has a bath. An additional bathroom adds further convenience for larger groups, and a baby cot and high chair are available for families.
Comforts include air conditioning throughout, in-floor heating, satellite LCD TVs, a stereo system, a safety deposit box and Wi-Fi. Practical equipment covers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer, with pool towels provided and four bikes for exploring the island. Guests have three outdoor parking spaces and three garage parking places at their disposal.
