Luxury Villa Rentals in Hawaii

We have 13 luxury villas in Hawaii - typically ranging from 2 to 6 bedrooms - with a strong concentration on Kauai's north shore, where beachfront homes sit alongside bluff-top estates above quiet coves. Elsewhere in the islands, we also offer a villa on Oahu and another on the Big Island.

Hawaii appeals to travellers who want scenery and privacy in equal measure. On Kauai, the bay at Hanalei, the sheltered sands of Anini and the secluded shoreline near Kilauea sit against a backdrop of green mountains, while Oahu brings Honolulu's restaurants and the surf of the North Shore, and the Big Island adds volcanic landscapes and dark-sand beaches. Conditions are warm throughout the year. Daytime highs typically sit between 24°C and 27°C, with lows of around 19°C to 22°C. Rainfall tends to be heaviest in March, April and July, while October, November and January are usually the drier months.

Our villas are chosen for their settings. Many have ocean, coast or mountain views, and a good number sit directly on the beach or within a short walk of it. Several offer private paths to the sand, and others overlook a golf course or a river. Most come with a concierge service, and terraces, parking, barbecues and manicured gardens are common features, with WiFi throughout. Private pools, spas and generous lanais make outdoor living a defining part of the stay, and a good share of the homes suit families and nature enthusiasts who want hiking and water sports close at hand.

Bedrooms are generally air-conditioned in most of our villas, though it is worth checking individual properties. For planning purposes, a median of $2,500 and $667 gives a sense of what a private beachfront or bluff-top home with its own garden and ocean outlook typically costs. Most villas require a five-night minimum stay, and a smaller number ask for seven nights. Some longer-term residences, particularly in exclusive neighbourhoods, set a one-month minimum, so it is best to confirm dates early, especially for the Christmas and New Year period.

The best time to visit Hawaii is generally September to October, when average highs reach 27°C and 26°C and rainfall is lower than in the spring and midsummer months. Temperatures stay within a narrow range all year, with highs of 23°C to 27°C, so rainfall is the clearer seasonal difference: March, April and July tend to be the wettest months, while November, January and October are usually the driest.
