The estate features five primary suites, each with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms, along with a bunk room accommodating four beds. An onsite caretaker is readily available to assist with personal concierge services, including custom tour guiding for off-property adventures. Adding to the appeal, the property employs the finest gourmet chef on the island.
This three-story home provides unparalleled privacy and space for gatherings. From the pool deck to the spacious open-concept kitchen and great room, three different bar areas, and two BBQ grill areas, the options for enjoyment are abundant. Plush seating areas on all three levels allow large groups to spread out and indulge in individual activities. The soothing sounds of the private waterfall and 180° ocean views create an atmosphere of total tranquillity. Wraparound lanais on multiple levels offer opportunities to dine, sunbathe, and relax with infinite views of the sky and ocean. The property also features verdant rolling grounds, complete with coy ponds and a meditative seating area.
The two upper primary Master Suites are outfitted with Cal king beds, seating areas, 60” Smart flat-screen televisions, and two separate baths. The third bedroom features a Cal king bed and an en-suite bathroom. One of the primary bedroom suites enjoys a private patio. The two lower-level primary suites feature Cal king beds, en suite full baths, and sliding doors to the lanai and pool deck. The bunk room on the lower level has four beds—two full beds and two twin beds.
The maximum occupancy is 18, and small gatherings and events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recommend flying into Hilo Airport, located approximately 30 minutes away and making your drive shorter and more convenient. An alternative is Kona Airport, which is a 2-hour drive from the villa through beautiful Hawaiian landscapes.
Please note: This home has abundant ceiling fans and fabulous ocean cross breezes. It is not centrally air-conditioned. Four portable air conditioning units and multiple portable fans are available for additional comfort.
