- Property Providers: We share essential booking details with the owner or manager of the property you have booked to facilitate your rental contract.

- Essential Technical Partners: We share data with trusted third-party companies who provide our core technical infrastructure, including secure cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery services.
- Professional Advisers: We may share data with our professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, bankers, and insurers who provide services to our company.
- Regulators and other authorities: We may be required to disclose your data to regulators, such as HMRC, or other authorities as required by law.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider our legal obligations and the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data.
- Booking & Transaction Data: By law, we are required to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for UK tax purposes. We will therefore retain your booking-related data for a period of eight years following your departure date to ensure full compliance.
- Marketing Data: We will retain your data for marketing purposes for eight years after your last interaction with us (e.g., your last enquiry or click on a marketing email).
After these retention periods, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

In certain circumstances, providing personal data is a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with us. If you do not provide the personal data required to complete a booking, we will not be able to perform the contract and may have to cancel the booking.
