The property is composed of two separate residential structures set within an 800-square-meter plot, providing a versatile layout 500 meters from the town center.
The exterior environment centers on a private swimming pool and a central courtyard that serves as the physical connection between the two buildings. The grounds are equipped with a barbecue area, while the proximity to the sea is complemented by provided beach deck chairs and towels. A single parking space is available on-site.
The first residential building is organized over two floors. The ground level contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, an indoor dining room, and a living area featuring a fireplace. This building also includes a recreation room and two bedrooms, including a master suite; both rooms feature private balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The second building comprises four individual apartments, two per floor. Each unit is configured with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette.
The estate accommodates up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms. All living spaces are climate-controlled with air conditioning and integrated with Wi-Fi. Additional facilities include a fitness bike and laundry equipment.
