Sheer Horizon is a contemporary five-bedroom villa set in an elevated position on a cliff above the sea in Sveta Nedjelja, Hvar. Spread across three levels, the villa offers 250 square metres of interior space within a 1,000-square-metre property and accommodates up to ten guests.
Outside, the spacious terrace is positioned to make the most of the Adriatic views and sunsets. A heated swimming pool is joined by an alfresco dining area and summer kitchen with barbecue, providing plenty of space for outdoor meals and time by the pool.
Three ensuite double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with access to the terrace. The first floor is home to an open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outdoor lounge area.
Two further ensuite double bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a balcony overlooking the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has high-speed Starlink internet and private parking.
