Villa Hvar Fantasy is a modern, two-storey five-star residence on the island of Hvar in Dalmatia. It sits 500 m from the centre of Hvar town and 400 m from the sea. The villa faces the sunny southern side of the island, and its terraces take in panoramic views of the Adriatic, the Pakleni Islands and the town itself. It is a calm, carefully designed base that keeps one of the Adriatic's liveliest towns within easy reach.
The pebbly Amfora beach is close by, and the Hula Hula beach bar, a favourite for both daytime and evening outings, is about 1 km away. The Fortica fortress is 1 km by car. In town, St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Franciscan Monastery are well worth a visit. Restaurants, shops and cafés range from 200 to 300 m from the villa, including the Michelin-starred Mediterraneo. In summer, Hvar's nightlife is among the richest on the Adriatic, with events, taverns and clubs running late into the night. Practical needs are also close at hand: a doctor is 200 m away, a pharmacy, bank and ATM 500 m, the bus station 800 m, the marina 3 km and the ferry 15 km.
Outdoors, everything centres on the heated 65 m² infinity pool and a jacuzzi for four. Both appear to merge with the blue of the sea beyond. The pool terrace has deck chairs and sunshades, a lounge and seating area, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a barbecue for grilled lunches and dinners, and a cocktail bar beside the jacuzzi where guests can pour wines from Hvar. Greenery fills the courtyard, and pool and beach towels are provided.
A glass wall opens from the terrace into the air-conditioned ground floor, filling the space with natural light and sea views. The open living and dining area has a sofa, armchairs and satellite TV, complemented by modern abstract expressionist art. There is also a guest toilet on this level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It also has an espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender, mixer, ice maker and wine cooler, along with utensils, tableware and tea towels.
A staircase of glass, wood and iron rises to the first floor, where four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a work desk, an en suite shower room and its own balcony overlooking the Pakleni Islands and the surrounding greenery. Within the 250 m² of living space, the villa has five bathrooms in total.
Wellness is a defining feature here, with a private sauna and a fitness room of a high standard. Further comforts include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a stereo surround sound system, a safe and a hairdryer. A washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment are also provided. Families will find a baby cot and high chair, and a bicycle is available. The villa has private, secured parking.
