Renovated in 2019, the three-story residence sits within a 500-square-meter plot surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, located just three kilometers from the village of Sumartin on the island of Brac. Sumartin is recognized for its traditional shipbuilding heritage, housing Lucica, one of the last active shipyards on the Adriatic, as well as a historic Franciscan monastery. The wider island is noted for its stonemasonry, olive groves, vineyards, and local gastronomy.
The exterior architecture is defined by three distinct stone terraces descending toward the water, allowing guests to transition seamlessly from the outdoor heated swimming pool directly into the sea.
