Located just 70 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the centre of Baška Voda, Villa Brela is a luxury beachfront villa with sea views, a private heated infinity pool, and direct access to the scenic seaside promenade. Positioned in the Brela area on a 570 m² plot, the villa offers 350 m² of interior space across three levels, connected by both elevator and stairs.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four fully air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, towels, hairdryer, and toiletries. Two bedrooms offer sea views, while the other two face the surrounding pine trees. A shared bathroom is located in the gym area, and a guest toilet is available on the main living floor.

The open-plan second floor includes a spacious living area with a SMART TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace, where guests can enjoy a 28 m² heated infinity pool, BBQ, and alfresco dining area with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen features a central island with bar seating, an indoor dining table for eight, and modern appliances including an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and small kitchen appliances. A professional private chef and waiter service can be arranged on request (additional charges apply).

On the first floor, guests will find a fitness room with sea views, central heating and cooling, and a variety of equipment for workouts, yoga, or meditation (yoga class available at extra cost). A laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Three garage parking spaces are available on the ground floor, and the villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A high chair and baby cot are available upon request, and pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Baška Voda, just 10 km from Makarska, is known for its crystal-clear waters, pebble beaches, and Mediterranean charm. Nearby activities include kayaking, jet skiing, diving, parasailing, hiking, and exploring Biokovo Nature Park. Guests can also visit historic churches and enjoy a range of local dining options, from casual seafront eateries to fine wine and dining experiences.
