Pure Brac is a contemporary seafront villa set in the peaceful bay of Sumartin on the island of Brac. Spread across three levels, the villa combines modern Dalmatian architecture with traditional Brac stone and enjoys views across the bay towards the Biokovo mountain range.
The main living level has an open-plan kitchen and living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in plenty of natural light and framing the views across the water. The space opens directly onto the terrace, while a wine cellar, media room and workspace are also located on this level.
Outside, the stone terrace centres around an infinity swimming pool overlooking the bay. Sun loungers surround the pool, while an outdoor dining area for eight and a barbecue provide space for meals outside. The villa also has a private pier with mooring for a boat.
Pure Brac accommodates eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned and open onto terraces with sea views. Two master suites are located on the entrance level, with full-height windows, private balconies and views across the sea and mountains. Two further ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor, with patio doors opening directly onto the main terrace.
Also on the ground floor is a private spa area with a sauna, steam room and gym. The villa is fully staffed with a housemaid and manager throughout the stay.
With its seafront position, infinity pool, private boat mooring and views across Sumartin Bay, Pure Brac provides a peaceful base for exploring Brac and the surrounding Dalmatian coast.
