White Bellezza is an elegant stone house set right on the water in Puntinak, a newer coastal settlement built by the people of Selca on the far eastern tip of Brač. The sea and a rocky beach lie just 2 metres away, a pebble beach is 500 metres off, and the centre of Selca is 1.5 km from the door. From this stretch of coast the villa takes in panoramic views of Sumartin, the Biokovo mountain, the Pelješac peninsula and the island of Hvar, and it offers direct access to the sea, with boat mooring listed among its features.
Selca has long been known for its stonemasons, a craft said to have been introduced by a Czech stonecutter held prisoner by the Venetians. That heritage shows in the village's stone-lined streets, house facades and main square, and above all in the neo-Romanesque church of Cyril and Methodius, built after 1919 to designs by the Viennese builder A. Schlauf and finished entirely by local craftsmen. Each July, on the first weekend after the feast of Our Lady of Carmel, the village hosts the poetry gathering Croatia rediviva. The larger town of Supetar is 36 km away, while restaurants are around 1 km from the villa, a café bar 1.2 km, and shops, the ferry, a marina and a tennis court roughly 3 km.
The property covers 800 m², with the house itself extending over 445 m² across a souterrain, a ground floor with mezzanine and a first floor. Outside, the courtyard carries the clean, modern lines of the interior out to a 43 m² outdoor pool, with heating available on request at 500 euro per week. A spacious sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a lounge set and an outdoor dining area, and a summer gazebo, an outdoor kitchen and a traditional stone fireplace for grilling complete the scene. A private garden brings the scent of herbs, pines, olives, lemons and limes, and there is table tennis for idle afternoons.
The souterrain gathers the practical spaces of the house, with a laundry room, kitchenette, wine cellar and boiler room, alongside a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a separate closet.
The ground floor and its connected mezzanine form the social heart of the villa. A 57 m² living room with a leather sofa and armchairs, a modern dining room and a fully equipped kitchen all open onto the courtyard and pool through large glass sliding doors. On this level are two bedrooms: a master suite whose en suite bathroom has twin sinks, and a room with two single beds, a shower en suite and its own terrace with seating, looking over the surrounding villages, islands and sea. A garage is also found here.
An internal stone staircase rises to the first floor, where four modern bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom with a shower. In total the villa sleeps 14 guests in seven bedrooms, six with king beds and one with twin singles, all with en suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has in-floor heating for the cooler months. The kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, blender, mixer, toaster and kettle, and the house also offers Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, a washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer. Pool and beach towels are provided, along with a baby cot and high chair, and there is parking for three cars, two outside and one in the garage.
