Set only five metres from the Adriatic Sea and its own private beach, Luxury Villa Primošten Oasis sits roughly one kilometre from the centre of Primošten on the central Dalmatian coast. It is an uncomplicated seaside address for families and groups who want to live right beside the water while keeping the town's restaurants, cafés and promenades within easy reach. Shops, a bank, an ATM, a pharmacy and a tennis court all lie about one kilometre away, a marina is five kilometres off, the nearest ferry is 30 kilometres away and the airport is 35 kilometres from the villa.
Primošten began life as a fishing and wine-producing village and has gradually grown into a lively holiday destination, with entertainment held almost every day in the main square through the summer. Its old town rises over a hilly peninsula ringed by seven small islets, a textbook example of a small Mediterranean town that has even been recognised for its distinctive landscaping and urban planning. The surrounding coast is known for pebble beaches and clear Adriatic water, and the historic centre can be reached with a short drive or walk.
Approached from the seaside, the property opens onto a large, carefully landscaped yard and pool area framed by typical Dalmatian greenery, creating a genuine sense of a quiet oasis. The outdoor swimming pool lies close to the beach, so days drift easily between a swim in the pool and a dip in the sea. Deck chairs are set out by the pool and at the beach, pool and beach towels are provided, and the garden is furnished with a dining set and a lounge set for long, unhurried hours outdoors with family and friends.
Spread across a ground floor and a first floor, with around 250 square metres of interior space on a 500-square-metre plot, the villa is arranged as three separately accessible apartments that together offer six bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to 12 guests. It is let only as a single unit. On the ground floor, glass-fronted doors lead from the yard into a spacious, elegant living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, an easy place to gather over local Dalmatian dishes. The same level holds two inviting bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a contemporary bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor stairs climb to the first floor, where two separate, attractively furnished apartments await. The first has a living and dining area with its own modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace with views across the blue sea and islands, furnished with seating for morning coffee at sunrise or quiet evenings watching the sun go down. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment follows a similar plan, with a living area and fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with wide sea views, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with satellite TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Each of the three kitchens has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, complemented by a microwave, espresso machine, juicer, blender, mixer, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer are also provided, a baby cot and high chair are available, and two private outdoor parking spaces are reserved for guests.
