Set in a quiet bay on the island of Hvar, just 4 km from the centre of Hvar Town, this seafront villa is positioned only metres from the Adriatic. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and arranged across cascading terraces leading towards the sea, the property has a private swimming pool, a pebble beach nearby and a private berth suitable for boats up to 25 metres.
The villa offers 300 m² of living space on a 400 m² property and accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The outdoor terraces feature sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table for 12 guests.
One bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, together with a covered terrace finished in Dalmatian stone with sea views. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and two further bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. This level also has a covered seating area and a separate terrace with an outdoor dining table for 12 guests.
The private swimming pool measures 7 x 3.3 metres and is 1.35 metres deep, with sun loungers positioned alongside it.
On the first floor, there is a second fully equipped kitchen with an indoor wood-burning fireplace and a large dining table seating 14 guests. The kitchen connects to a comfortable living room with sofas, and this space opens onto a terrace with outdoor seating and views across the sea and Mediterranean landscape. Three additional bedrooms with king-size beds and balcony access are also located on this floor, together with two shower rooms.
The villa is air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, iron and safe. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. A cot and highchair are also available for guests travelling with children.
Parking is provided within the property, while the terraces, sea views, private pool and boat mooring provide plenty of space to enjoy a stay only metres from the sea on Hvar.
