Cove Skiff is a contemporary waterfront villa set in peaceful Puntinak Cove on the eastern side of Brac. Surrounded by the island’s natural landscape, the villa enjoys views across the Adriatic Sea and provides four ensuite bedrooms.
Outside, the terrace centres around a 10 x 3 metre heated infinity pool overlooking the water. An alfresco dining area is accompanied by a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue, providing plenty of space for outdoor meals.
On the ground floor, the living and dining area has a fireplace and opens directly onto the pool terrace. A fully equipped professional kitchen is also located on this level, alongside a sauna, private gym and wine cellar. The wine cellar can be stocked with a selection of local wines on request.
The first floor has two ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and sea views. Two further ensuite king-size bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a large terrace overlooking the bay.
With its waterfront position, heated infinity pool and views across Puntinak Cove, Cove Skiff offers a peaceful base for a stay on the island of Brac.
