Positioned directly on the seafront of Splitska Bay on the island of Brač, this 160-square-meter architectural residence was conceived by Croatian architect Branko Silađin. Blending traditional coastal forms with a modern aesthetic, the property sits a mere two meters from the Adriatic Sea, integrating curated works by Croatian artists into its interior spaces.
The 660-square-meter plot centers around an outdoor private pool and a stone-paved patio directly facing the water. The exterior living spaces are designed for practical coastal living, featuring sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a dedicated sauna. A secondary outdoor area, accessible directly from the kitchen, is equipped with a barbecue and seating for alfresco dining. The property also includes covered private parking located near the main entrance.
Inside, the ground floor operates as an open-plan living environment, fully air-conditioned and bordered by glass doors that frame the sea views and open onto the pool terrace. The space comprises a living room with a television and sofa, transitioning into a dining area with seating for eight. The adjacent modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and ice maker.
The upper level contains four air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Two of the bedrooms are configured with queen beds, work desks, televisions, and direct sea views. The remaining two bedrooms each feature two single beds. Every room includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, hairdryer, and provided towels.
Located 600 meters from the center of Splitska and seven kilometers from the larger town of Supetar, the villa provides immediate access to the sea while remaining close to local dining and excursion routes. The residence is equipped with comprehensive technical amenities to support extended stays.
