The villa sits on the northwest side of Brac, the highest of the Croatian islands, just 100 metres from the sea and 500 metres from the centre of Sutivan, with Supetar 8 km away. Sutivan is known for its unhurried rhythm, fine food, clear water and pebble beaches. Its roots reach back some 1,700 years, and its Renaissance estates, baroque palaces and stone Dalmatian houses still speak of a long and prosperous past. It is a fitting base for exploring the wider island, yet it also offers a glimpse of everyday life in a small Dalmatian town that keeps its calm even in high summer.
The beach at Zlatni Rat, often called the Golden Horn, the restaurants of the island's interior and the remarkable Blaca desert are all a short drive away. Brac has many well-regarded restaurants serving Mediterranean cooking, among them Kala Supetar, Apinelo and Navigare, while closer to home there are bays, beaches and sights such as the Church of St. Roko and St. John the Baptist, the Parish Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Sutivan nature park. Taverns serving traditional Dalmatian dishes make a natural end to an afternoon of sightseeing, and a mild climate and an extensive network of trails have made the area a sought-after destination for cyclists.
Renovated in 2019, the villa offers 300 m2 of living space on a 230 m2 plot, arranged over three floors and fitted with contemporary design and amenities throughout. It sleeps six guests, with room for two more on sofa beds, and is set up for privacy, whether for a family holiday or a stay with friends.
Life outdoors centres on the first-floor terrace, reached by both external and internal stairs. Here a large heated infinity pool overflows towards views of the Brac Channel, framed by sun decks with deck chairs. A stone barbecue sits alongside an outdoor dining table for eight, inviting long evenings of Dalmatian food, and there is also a lounge set and an outdoor shower.
The ground floor is given over to a generous fitness area equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, boxing bag and weights, together with a large table tennis table for some friendly competition. A red light therapy station adds a further wellness touch.
On the first floor, the living room is enclosed by large glass walls that let it blend into its surroundings, with a large sofa, armchairs and satellite TV making it an easy place to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining table for eight complete this level.
A staircase from the first floor leads up to the second floor, set aside for sleep and quiet. Its three spacious bedrooms each have a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and two of them also include a convertible single sofa bed.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen has a four-burner stove with hood, an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, kettle, blender, mixer and juicer, along with utensils and cutlery. There is also a safe, a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner, while a baby cot and high chair are available for younger guests and private parking is provided at the property.
