Villa Primosten Beauty is a modern seafront residence in a quiet part of Primosten, a small Dalmatian town on the Adriatic coast near Sibenik. Built in 2014 and renovated in 2019, the villa stands just 10 metres from the clear sea and the beach, while the centre of Primosten lies 5 km away. Restaurants and a bus station are about 100 metres from the house, shops are 2 km away, and the nearest airport is 30 km away.
Primosten began as a community of fishermen and winegrowers and grew into one of the most popular destinations in Dalmatia. Its old town occupies a hilly peninsula ringed by seven small islets, a lattice of narrow streets and stone houses that captures the character of a small Mediterranean town. Long pebble beaches line the coast, and the town offers restaurants and taverns serving traditional Dalmatian dishes, cafés, and opportunities for tennis, table tennis, sailing and beach volleyball, with a tennis court 5 km from the villa. The local red wine is made from an indigenous grape grown in the well-known Primosten vineyards. In summer, cultural events and entertainment fill the main square almost daily, and the Aurora Nightclub lies about 1 km from the centre. Kremik marina, 8 km from the villa, makes Primosten a natural base for those who arrive by sea, and the nearest ferry is 25 km away.
The villa occupies 400 m² of living space on an 800 m² plot, and its architecture pairs natural stone with a clean, contemporary form. Glass walls frame the interiors, opening the rooms to the light and the sea, and the furnishings are chosen to sit easily with the stone and the Mediterranean setting. A traditional stone staircase links a wooden platform to the private outdoor swimming pool, with cascading Mediterranean gardens along its course, and a few further steps lead down to the sea and the beach. Around the pool are deck chairs and sunshades, with pool towels provided, and there is a barbecue, a garden dining set, a lounge set and greenery in the courtyard.
The house is arranged in three parts. The ground and first floors form a single unit for up to eight guests across the villa, with two additional guests accommodated on extra beds. The ground floor holds a spacious living room with armchairs, satellite TV and DVD, along with a dining room with table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower. To the left of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen has a bar and dining space defined by simple, clean lines. To the right is a lounge with garden furniture and comfortable modern sofas that can serve as extra beds. The whole level is glazed and opens onto a spacious terrace.
An internal staircase rising through the centre of the house leads to the first floor, given over to rest, with three bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own bathroom. The bedrooms open onto shared terraces behind glass walls, with views of the sea and additional seating. This level also has an outdoor fireplace, suited to preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes, beside an outdoor dining area for dinners under the stars.
The second floor is designed as an independent apartment with its own separate entrance on the north side. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, and it opens onto a spacious terrace with wide sea views and hammocks for unhurried afternoons. Across the villa there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms in all.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The main kitchen has a stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster and kettle, together with utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses and tea towels, and there is a second kitchen for added flexibility. A washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer are also provided. For leisure there is a play room with billiards and table football, and families will find a baby cot and a high chair. Private outdoor parking for two cars completes the arrangements. The price includes Wi-Fi, tourist tax, final cleaning, a weekly change of towels and bed linen or on request, and pool maintenance every three days.
