Adriatic Step is a contemporary five-bedroom villa in Zaton, a coastal settlement just outside Dubrovnik. Set across 630 square metres of private grounds, the villa offers 330 square metres of interior space, panoramic views across the Adriatic Sea and private access to the water.
The main living area is filled with natural light and opens towards the terrace and sea views. The open-plan space connects the living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating a spacious setting for time together indoors.
Outside, the terrace centres around an infinity swimming pool and lounge area overlooking the Adriatic. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. From the property, guests can head down to the villa's private beach and access the sea directly.
Adriatic Step accommodates up to ten guests across five ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, SAT-TV and a private bathroom, while four of the bedrooms have sea views through large floor-to-ceiling windows.
The villa also has a sauna, while an elevator connects all three floors of the property. Its setting in Zaton provides a peaceful base on the coast while remaining close to Dubrovnik.
