Set across three levels in Orašac, this 390 square metre villa is designed to maximise its elevated position overlooking the Dubrovnik archipelago, just 15 kilometres from Dubrovnik’s historic centre and one kilometre from the beaches of Sun Gardens Resort.
The ground floor is dedicated to wellness and relaxation, featuring a Finnish sauna and a bar area that opens directly onto the pool terrace. Outside, a heated infinity pool with sun loungers is positioned to take full advantage of the Adriatic views.
The main living space is located on the first floor, offering an open plan layout with a modern kitchen, central island, and dining area for ten guests. This level extends onto a south facing terrace complete with a traditional Dalmatian grill and outdoor dining area.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor with large glass walls framing the sea and islands, while the fifth bedroom is positioned on the first floor for convenient access to the main living area.
