Dubrovnik Enclave is set just 100 metres from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and a few minutes from Banje Beach, with views across the historic city walls and the Adriatic Sea. Spread across four levels, the villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and accommodates up to eight guests.
Outside, a spacious terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and features a swimming pool, sundeck and outdoor shower. A summer kitchen with a barbecue provides a dedicated space for outdoor dining, while the villa’s wine cellar can be accessed directly from the terrace.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area has modern sofas, an LCD television and fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom are also located on this level.
The first floor has two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and views towards the city and sea. The master bedroom occupies the attic and has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony overlooking Dubrovnik’s walls and the Adriatic.
For larger groups, a separate annex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms can be rented together with the main villa, increasing the total capacity to 12 guests. The apartment is accessed from the villa’s terrace and is available at an additional cost.
Dubrovnik Enclave is fully air-conditioned and has complimentary Wi-Fi. Public garage parking is available approximately 50 metres from the villa and is not included in the rental price.
