Set above the glittering Aegean on the northeastern coast of Paros, this summer home sits in the area of Santa Maria, only 200m from the island's sandy Santa Maria beach. One of two villas in a small complex, it was newly built in 2024 and offers 350m2 of living space for up to 10 guests, with an elegant, minimal interior.
The lively harbour town of Naoussa lies 4 km away, around a six-minute drive, while the port of Parikia is 15 km away and Paros Airport 25 km away.
Outside, the architecture pays respect to Cycladic tradition, its forms settling naturally into the landscape. The private pool is the first thing to draw the eye, framed by sunbeds, a shaded seating and lounge area, a shaded dining area, a BBQ area and garden. It is a place to give in to the sea breeze and the scent of the Mediterranean by day, then linger over a cool drink beneath the stars once evening falls.
The pool level opens with an entrance leading to the living room, which has a fireplace, TV and air conditioning, along with direct access to the terrace and pool and views over both the pool and the sea. A dining area sits alongside an open-plan kitchen fitted with modern appliances, which leads straight out to the outdoor dining area, and there is a guest WC. Two double bedrooms on this level each have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, sea views and their own access to the terrace and pool.
On the upper level, a further double bedroom has an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV, a private balcony and sea views. The lower ground level holds a playroom with a TV area, two double bedrooms with air conditioning that draw natural light from a cour anglaise, and a shared shower room. A staff room with bunk beds, air conditioning and an en suite shower room completes this floor.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, underfloor heating, an indoor and outdoor sound system, satellite TV, WiFi and smart home technology. There is also a laundry room, a hairdryer, a safe box, parking and a perimeter camera system, and baby cots and a highchair are available on request. The villa has an A energy efficiency rating. Children are welcome, while smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted.
