Unique Features
- · Newly built in 2024 with an A-class energy efficiency rating
- · Traditional Cycladic architecture that blends harmoniously with its surroundings
- · Part of an exclusive 2-villa complex with 350m2 of living space
- · Just 200m from the sandy beach of Santa Maria on the northeastern coast of Paros
Set above the glittering Aegean in the Santa Maria area on the northeastern coast of Paros, this summer residence is one of two villas in a small complex. Completed in 2024, it offers a total living area of 350m2 and welcomes up to 10 guests. Its interiors are elegant and pared back, while its exteriors follow the traditional Cycladic idiom, settling quietly into the island landscape.
The sandy beach of Santa Maria lies just 200m away, and the harbour village of Naoussa is 4 km off, around a six-minute drive. Parikia port is 15 km from the villa and Paros Airport is 25 km away.
Outdoors, the private pool is the immediate focus, framed by sunbeds, a shaded seating and lounge area, a shaded dining area and a barbecue area, with a garden and terraces completing the scene. It is a place to settle in by day with the sea breeze and Mediterranean scents, then linger over a drink beneath a starry night sky.
The pool level opens from the entrance into a living room with a fireplace, TV and air conditioning, with access to the terrace and pool and views over both the water and the sea. A dining area sits alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that leads straight out to the outdoor dining area, and a guest WC is on this floor. Two double bedrooms here each have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool.
On the upper level, a further double bedroom has its own en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV and sea views. The lower ground level holds a playroom with a TV area and two more double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room and air conditioning, drawing natural light from a cour anglaise. This level also includes a staff room with bunk beds, air conditioning and an en suite shower room.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, underfloor heating, WiFi, satellite TV, a smart home system and indoor and outdoor sound systems. There is a laundry room, hairdryers, a safe box, parking and a perimeter camera system, and a baby cot and highchair are available on request. Children are welcome, while smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted.
