- · Energy efficiency class A construction
Above the glittering Aegean in the Santa Maria area of northeastern Paros, this complex of two villas pairs traditional Cycladic architecture with an elegant, minimal interior. Newly built in 2024, it offers a combined living area of 700m2 and sleeps up to 20 guests across two separate homes, a setting suited to large families or groups of friends who want space of their own as well as time together.
The sandy beach of Santa Maria lies just 200m away, and the lively harbour town of Naoussa is 4 km off, about a six-minute drive. Parikia port is 15 km from the property and Paros Airport is 25 km away, which makes arrivals and island-hopping straightforward.
The whitewashed exteriors sit easily in the landscape, and outdoor life centres on the two private pools, one for each villa. Each has sunbeds, shaded seating and lounge areas, shaded dining spaces and a barbecue area, with a garden around them. Sea breezes and Mediterranean scents carry through the day, and when evening comes a cool drink under the starry sky is the natural way to finish.
Each villa has a similar layout. The pool level opens into a living room with a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, with access to the terrace and pool and views over both the pool and the sea. Next to it is a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with modern appliances that leads straight out to the outdoor dining area, along with a guest WC. Two double bedrooms on this level each have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool.
On the upper level of each villa is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV and sea views, and the one in the second villa also has a balcony. The lower ground level has a playroom and TV area and two further double bedrooms with air conditioning, lit by a cour anglaise. In the first villa these both have en suite shower rooms, while in the second they share a bathroom with a shower. Each villa also has a staff room with bunk beds, air conditioning and an en suite shower room.
Air conditioning runs through all bedrooms and living rooms, backed by underfloor heating. The villas also have WiFi, satellite TV, indoor and outdoor sound systems, smart home features, a laundry room, hairdryers, a safe box, parking and a perimeter camera system. Baby cots and a highchair are available on request. Children are welcome, but smoking is not allowed indoors and events are not permitted.
