Set above the blue waters of Elia Beach on the southern side of Mykonos, this contemporary estate sits amid the island's rugged Cycladic terrain. Spread over 600m2, it comprises a main house, a guest apartment and five guest houses, together welcoming up to 24 guests in complete privacy across 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Elia Beach lies 1.3 km away and Kalo Livadi beach 3.8 km away. The traditional village of Ano Mera is a short drive of 3.3 km, while the energy of Mykonos Town is 10.5 km away. Mykonos International Airport is 9.5 km from the property, the Old Port 11 km and the New Port 12 km.
Stone-clad walls settle naturally into the Mykonian landscape, and the white cubic volumes speak the language of traditional Cycladic architecture. Two infinity pools command the outdoor spaces, their edges seeming to dissolve into the view of the sea and bay below. Sun loungers, shaded seating and numerous lounge areas invite long afternoons and slow sunsets, while a shaded dining area beside the barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven set the stage for evenings at the table. A large terrace, a garden and a private chapel complete grounds that lend themselves well to entertaining, with events considered upon request.
Inside, a considered mix of materials, fabrics and furnishings creates an atmosphere of quiet refinement. A neutral palette is lifted by touches of colour and warm accents, while marble floors and beamed ceilings bring a timeless character. On the pool level of the main house, an entrance hall leads to a living room with a fireplace, TV, air conditioning, sea views and access to the terrace, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen whose pantry opens directly onto the outdoor dining and barbecue area. A guest WC completes this floor.
The upper level of the main house holds a double bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower, balcony and sea view, plus a second double room with a double bed and skylight, served by a separate bathroom with shower. On the top level are two further king-size bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room and sea view, one also offering a balcony and a mini fridge. The guest apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace access on its ground floor, with two more en suite king-size bedrooms opening onto terraces on the level below. Each of the five guest houses has a private entrance and a king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom, sea view and terrace access. The first adds a seating area, dining table and kitchenette, the second features a built-in bathtub, and the fourth and fifth each include a kitchenette. Bedrooms throughout have a TV and air conditioning, and many also have a ceiling fan.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, WiFi, satellite TV, a sound system, a safe box, hair dryers and parking. A washing machine and dryer, baby cots and a highchair are available upon request. Children are welcome, pets are accepted only upon request, and smoking is not permitted indoors. A minimum stay of three nights applies between May and October.
