The Kalo Estate is a luxurious retreat set against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea and Mykonos' clear blue skies. Built in 2016 and located near Kalo Livadi Beach—one of the island’s longest beaches known for its organized facilities and shallow waters, the estate consists of three villas, a guesthouse, and two spacious, optionally interconnecting pool suites. With 20 en-suite double bedrooms, the property accommodates up to 40 guests.
Each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual climate control and features state-of-the-art technology, including Smart TVs, an advanced alarm system, and CCTV in the surrounding areas.
Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the estate boasts two large infinity pools with sea and sunset views, one measuring 22 meters with built-in water beds and the other 20 meters with beach entry. Two additional private mini pools are available in the pool suites and can be heated upon request. The main pool area includes a pergola-shaded outdoor dining space, a stone bar with a gas-operated BBQ, and a built-in Italian oven. Multiple lounge areas around the property provide additional spaces for relaxation.
Additional amenities include a gym, a private Jacuzzi on the master bedroom’s terrace, a professional chef’s kitchen, and a chapel, making the estate well-suited for private events. Set on a 5,000 sq. m. private plot with Mediterranean gardens, the estate also offers parking for up to 10 cars and access to a nearby helicopter landing pad.
