Borgo Graziani is a spacious estate accommodating up to 40+5 guests across eight individual apartments, with a range of shared facilities and outdoor spaces.
Palazzo 1 is located on the first floor and has a large living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, mini stereo and double sofa bed. There is a separate dining room with a balcony and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The sleeping accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, including one with a bathroom with shower and another with a private bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom with shower. The apartment is served by a lift.
Palazzo 2 occupies the second floor and has an entrance hall, kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge-freezer, and a dining room opening onto a large terrace for outdoor dining. There are two double bedrooms with terrace access and a further bedroom that can be arranged with twin beds or a double bed. Two bathrooms with showers and a utility room with washing machine complete the accommodation. The apartment is served by a lift.
Palazzo 3 is on the third floor and features a large living room with satellite TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen and dining room has a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer and single sofa bed, while a terrace provides space for outdoor dining. There is a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and balcony, two further double bedrooms and a bedroom that can be arranged as either a twin or double, with an en-suite shower room. The apartment also has an additional bathroom and a small laundry room with washing machine. A lift serves the apartment.
Frantoio 1 is on the first floor and has a living room and kitchen with a fireplace and double sofa bed. A hallway leads to a double bedroom, a bedroom that can be arranged as a twin or double, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside is a terrace for approximately 15 people, partly roofed and partly covered by a pergola, with easy access to the large shared terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs.
Frantoio 2 is situated on the ground floor and has a living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed and access to a covered terrace. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has easy access to the large shared terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs. With no stairs, it is accessible to people with disabilities.
Frantoio 3 is also on the ground floor and has a living room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer and fireplace, together with a small terrace. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The large shared terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs is just a few metres away.
Limonaia 1 is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and fridge-freezer, together with a large dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed. This level also has a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine. Both the kitchen and living area provide access to a spacious porch for outdoor dining. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with access to a large terrace, a further bedroom that can be arranged as a double or twin, and two bathrooms with showers.
Olivara is on the ground floor and has a large living room and kitchen with a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms with showers, two double bedrooms and a further bedroom that can be arranged as a double or twin. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Outside, the apartment has a private garden.
The shared facilities include an 8 x 16 metre swimming pool with Jacuzzi area and a large solarium, as well as a Finnish sauna, green spaces, a shared terrace with barbecue, a gym, table tennis, mountain bikes and games for children. Wi-Fi is available throughout the indoor and outdoor areas.
