Set amidst rolling vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Tuscany, this exceptional luxury villa offers an exclusive retreat within a renowned wine and olive oil estate. Designed for memorable gatherings, whether a wedding, special celebration, or a relaxed countryside escape, the setting combines natural beauty with space, privacy, and refined comfort.

The villa accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 bedrooms, with 8 bedrooms in the main house and a separate guest annex just a few metres away offering a further 5 bedrooms. Expansive indoor and outdoor living areas make it particularly well suited to large families or groups of friends.

Outdoors, a private infinity pool enjoys far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside, while a fully equipped spa provides a dedicated space to unwind. The estate itself spans 27 hectares of vineyards, where wines are carefully produced and aged in a cellar housing over 200 barrels and barriques. Guests can explore the winery, enjoy tastings, and experience traditional Tuscan cuisine, with the option to purchase wines directly from the estate.

Accessed via a well-maintained 3 km unpaved road, the villa is just 5 km from the motorway, offering convenient access to the wider region. Val d’Orcia, Crete Senesi, and Umbria are all within easy reach, while nearby Chiusi provides train connections to Siena, Florence, and Rome. The surrounding area is also rich in Etruscan history, with several museums dedicated to this ancient civilisation.

Villa le Buche Wine Resort & Spa is located in Sarteano (Tuscany), in the province of Siena, is located in a strategic point to visit all the main points of interest in Val d 'Orcia and Valdichiana such as Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni and Montepulciano. In a few kilometers you can also reach Umbria, with the cities of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and Orvieto.

Villa le Buche Resort & Spa can also be a perfect location for events and meetings: ideal place for any type of event, training courses, meetings or business incentives, with the possibility of using the internal areas for briefings and presentations and the external space to organize different types of outdoor activities. Price for exclusive use of Villa Le Buche and Le Buche Winery- entrance gate close for the event's day - 2000€ low medium season - 2500€ high season. Use of the tasting room/terrace above the cellar 3.500,00 € per day.

Good To Know

The Rooms: 13 rooms born from the renovation of the old farmhouse near the winery, which maintain its identity through style, furniture and fabrics, skilfully combined with the most modern comforts. Categories: 8 in the main body of the villa and 5 in the annex about 20m from the entrance of the villa, with a small garden. Villa Le Buche is part of a wine estate. The winery is open from Monday to Sunday and has a wine shop and daily tour of the cellar. It is 200m far from the Villa but to enter in the property there is only one gate.

Fitness & Spa

Massages available on request. It's possible to rent the villa without use of the wellness center. Prices on request. Spa opened every day from 15.00-19.30 (with staff presence).
