Set beneath the slopes of Monte Pisano, this historic 19th century villa is surrounded by olive groves, landscaped gardens, and rolling hills. Originally built as a summer residence for the Controni family, noble merchants of the seventeenth century, the property retains a strong sense of heritage while offering generous space for larger groups.
The villa can accommodate up to 22 guests and features several unique elements, including a private chapel and an ancient oil mill. From the gardens, there are open views across the valley and towards the city of Lucca, creating a scenic and peaceful setting.
At the front of the villa, a traditional Italian garden adds structure and charm, while at the rear, a well maintained lawn leads to the swimming pool. A loggia at the back of the property provides a shaded space to relax, overlooking the camellia garden and surrounding landscape.

Customers will be charged 15 euro per breakfast per person and 45 euro per person if they pick our classic menu (Meat or fish) or 55 euro if they decide for the Deluxe or Buffet Menu in order to cover the cost of the food and beverage. By using this policy guests will benefit of a continuous refill of the fridges with food and beverages.
