This independent residence is made up of seven apartments, offering a total capacity of 24+13 guests. The accommodation is arranged across a collection of ground and first-floor apartments, each with its own living spaces and facilities.
La Quercia is located on the ground floor and sleeps 4+1 guests, with a living room featuring a kitchenette, fireplace and single sofa bed. It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms, as well as a veranda furnished with a table and chairs.
Il Cipresso, also on the ground floor, sleeps 2+3 guests and includes a living room with kitchenette, fireplace, a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed. There is one double bedroom and one shower room, while the furnished veranda overlooks the swimming pool.
Il Leccio accommodates 2+2 guests on the ground floor. It has a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, together with a double/twin bedroom and a shower room. Its veranda has a table and chairs overlooking the pool, and the apartment is suitable for guests with disabilities.
Located on the first floor, Il Pino sleeps 4+1 guests and offers a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, one double bedroom and one double/twin bedroom, both facing the pool side. There is also a shower room and a loggia furnished with a table and chairs.
L'Olivo is a first-floor apartment sleeping 4+3 guests. The living room has a kitchenette and double sofa bed, while the accommodation includes one double bedroom and one double/twin bedroom with a single sofa bed. There are two shower rooms and a furnished terrace overlooking the pool.
La Sughera is a small independent house sleeping 4+3 guests. On the ground floor is a covered veranda, an equipped outdoor area with table and chairs, and a living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and double sofa bed, together with a shower room. The lower floor has one double bedroom and one double/twin bedroom, each with its own private shower room.
Ginestra sleeps four guests in one double and one twin bedroom with a bathroom, and can also be used as a common room.
Shared outdoor facilities include a 7 x 14-metre swimming pool with sun terrace, an equipped green area, children's play area, table tennis, barbecue and a small five-a-side football pitch. Parking and laundry facilities are also available, along with a common room containing books and board games.
Every apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, as well as a dishwasher, electric oven or microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer.
