Villa Collalto is situated in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and Florence, and is the ideal accommodation for anybody who loves nature and outdoor activities. Encircled by luxury gardens, the villa stands on top of a hill and enjoys a breathtaking view over Siena and the surrounding rolling countryside.
The main building, owned for centuries by one Roman Aristocratic Family, dates back to the 1400s and was restructured with loving care during 1996 – 1998, while additional construction was added between the 18th and 19th centuries, transforming the building into a splendid and unique holiday villa.
The villa has 13 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with different colours and decors. Upon request, you can also rent the Annex (3 Bedrooms) which sleeps 6 guests, and also the owner’s Private Apartment (2 Bedrooms), which accommodates 4 guests, for a total of 36 guests The bedrooms are uniquely decorated with warm tones, fabrics, and curtains, maintaining the charming ambience of this ancient house. The residence can be rented as a whole for larger groups or families and features a generously sized swimming pool equipped with sun beds and gazeboes that offer abundant shade.
Starting April 2025, two additional dependences, each with 2 double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, will be available. Currently, Villa Collalto can accommodate up to 32 guests, increasing to 36 guests next year.
