A car is not necessary to stay at the villa, but if you do have a vehicle, you may park it in a public parking lot for an extra daily fee (valet service included).
San Giacomo is the perfect place for a wedding. The property has an authentic atmosphere and you can enjoy special occasions on the expansive 300m terrace which features a colonnade.

The double-sized vaulted ceiling dining room boasts two antique wood tables accommodating 16 people, complemented by comfortable upholstered chairs. The dining area opens to both the kitchen and the expansive terrace.
Partially open to the dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances. A wood-burning oven adds versatility for making pizzas, cooking fish, meats, and fresh bread.
Accessible from the terrace and dining room, the double living room features an entertainment centre with a 55” plasma TV, three seating areas, and large double doors opening to the terrace. This room also houses a library with books in various languages, a work desk with integrated office services (scanner, fax, and copier, all functioning via Wi-Fi), an iPad for guest use, and an iPod with Bluetooth connected to a portable Bose stereo. Two guest bathrooms complete this level.
