The Atlantic Path is a beachfront estate located in the resort of Vale do Lobo along the Algarve coastline. Set within more than 6,000m² of landscaped gardens, the property enjoys panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean and offers direct private access to Maria’s Beach via a path reserved exclusively for guests.

The estate includes a main residence, a pool house, and a separate guest house, accommodating large groups across multiple living spaces. A dedicated in-house housekeeping team provides daily maid service throughout the stay.

Entering through electric gates, the driveway leads to the main residence where a courtyard entrance opens to the front door. On the ground floor, a long entrance corridor leads to an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, smart TV, and seating arranged across two lounge areas. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto the terrace overlooking the gardens and ocean. The adjacent kitchen features a central island with Bosch induction hob and is complemented by a separate utility room with additional appliances and storage.

This level also includes a family TV room, a double bedroom suite with terrace access and sea views, two double bedrooms sharing a shower room, a guest WC, and two interconnected bedrooms (one twin and one double) sharing a bathroom.

Upstairs, a twin bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobes enjoys sea views and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The master suite also occupies this level and features sea views, a private balcony, and a walk-in wardrobe. Stairs lead to a roof terrace offering 360-degree views across the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding mountains.

Outdoor spaces include a large terrace with several seating areas, an alfresco dining space, and a BBQ area with charcoal and Weber gas grills. The 12 x 8 metre swimming pool sits at the centre of the garden terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers, including shaded canopy loungers. An outdoor shower and table tennis area are located nearby.

The landscaped gardens extend across more than 6,000m² and include a basketball hoop, private driving range, hammock with sea views, trampoline, children’s playground with swings, and a football goal. A private pathway through the gardens leads directly to Maria’s Beach.

Beside the main house, the pool house offers additional accommodation with an office area, shower room, and bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and smart TV.

At the lower end of the estate is a separate guest house with its own terrace and private pool. The guest house includes an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a ground floor double bedroom with shower room. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms (one twin and one double) sharing a bathroom, along with a detached double bedroom suite with private entrance and en-suite shower room.

Private parking is available for up to six cars. Outside of July and August, the property can also be rented as a six-bedroom residence using only the main house.
