The main house features a bright living area with modern sofas and an office desk, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining table for ten. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground level — including one with direct pool access and three with independent entrances to the outdoor areas, while a fifth bedroom is located on the lower level, offering private access and a lounge terrace sheltered from wind and sun. A well-equipped gym with a TV monitor is also located downstairs.
A separate guest room completes the layout, offering a private jacuzzi and veranda overlooking the pool.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a shaded dining area, a gas BBQ, bar, shower, and table tennis. The upper terrace includes a dedicated space for yoga and meditation, built-in lounge seating, and a second jacuzzi for sunset relaxation.
