The Cycladic Crestin Kostos, Paros, Greece

The Cycladic Crest is a contemporary villa completed in 2022 and set on a hillside in the Kostos area of Paros, approximately 7 km from the village of Naoussa. Its elevated position allows for wide views across the Aegean Sea towards the island of Naxos, creating a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of the coast and nearby villages.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main entrance leads into an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas are arranged to create a bright and comfortable environment. The fully equipped kitchen features a central island that serves as an informal dining space, while the living area opens directly onto the pool terrace.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground level and each has direct access to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool area. A guest toilet and separate laundry room are also located on this level.

The upper level hosts two independent guest suites, each with a double bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette, offering additional privacy within the villa.

Outdoor living spaces surround the infinity-edge swimming pool and include pergola-shaded dining and seating areas designed for relaxing and outdoor meals. A second lounge area with built-in stone seating is positioned beside the pool terrace, while another seating area sits just outside the master bedroom. The terraces throughout the property provide open views across the surrounding landscape and sea.
