The villa is located within walking distance of both Golden Beach and New Golden Beach and sits on a private plot of approximately 9,000 m² surrounded by landscaped gardens.

The property accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with an additional mezzanine lounge area equipped with sofa beds that can host two occasional guests. The main living areas are arranged primarily on the ground floor, while one bedroom is located on the lower level.

Inside, the villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace and television, connected to a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island. Skylights in the high domed ceiling allow natural light to fill the living spaces throughout the day. A mezzanine level above the main living area provides an additional TV lounge space.
