Built in 2015 in the traditional Cycladic architectural style, this four-bedroom villa enjoys an elevated setting with panoramic views across the Aegean Sea and nearby coastline. Located approximately an eight-minute drive from Golden Beach, the property offers a peaceful base while remaining close to one of the island’s most popular sandy beaches.

The two-storey residence spans around 180 m² and is surrounded by a walled garden of approximately 2,500 m². The interiors are fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully furnished throughout. On the main level, the living room includes a seating area with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, and a dining space. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly towards the sea view.

Outdoor living areas are arranged to make the most of the sea views. A pergola-covered terrace provides a shaded seating and dining area with a marble table for up to eight guests. The private plunge pool sits just beyond the terrace, offering open views across the Aegean Sea.
