The Parian Noon is a newly built villa designed to make the most of its elevated position and views across the Aegean Sea. The property welcomes up to ten guests and offers generous outdoor areas that encourage relaxed island living.

At the centre of the outdoor space is a large pool terrace with open areas for sunbathing as well as shaded corners for relaxing. A pergola-covered dining area with BBQ provides a comfortable setting for outdoor meals while enjoying the surrounding sea and landscape views.

Inside, the villa features an open-plan layout combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The interiors are finished with cement surfaces, soft grey tones, and wooden ceiling details, creating a modern yet calm atmosphere. The living space is bright and simply furnished, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the island.

The villa includes five bedrooms arranged across two levels. On the main level, one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double wash basins, while two further bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these rooms enjoys sea views and direct access to the pool terrace, while another opens onto a private outdoor patio.

A staircase leads to the lower level where two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. This level offers a quieter setting within the house, providing a more private space for rest.

Outdoor living is a key part of the experience, with several seating and lounge areas positioned around the pool, offering both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day.
