A Cycladic beach house of stone walls and natural textures, set just 15 metres from the gentle shoreline of Tsoukalia beach with a 14-metre saltwater pool.
Unique Features
- · Beach house just 15 meters from the shores of Tsoukalia beach
- · Chlorine-free saltwater pool measuring 14m x 6m
- · Cycladic architecture with stone walls and natural textures
- · Interconnected family suite with two en suite rooms opening onto the lower terrace
On the shores of Tsoukalia, on the island of Paros, this Cycladic-style beach house sits a mere 15 metres from the sand. It is a place shaped by understated elegance, where stone walls, natural textures and open-plan living set a relaxed yet refined mood, and where the rhythm of the day follows the sea. Morning swims, barefoot walks along the shore and long evenings watching the water from a shaded veranda come naturally here.
The house sits in one of the most authentic corners of the Cyclades, yet the wider island is within easy reach. The town of Naoussa lies 8 km away, the port of Parikia is 14 km away, and Paros Airport is 24 km from the villa, so exploring the island and simply staying put to enjoy the sea breeze are equally appealing.
Outdoors, a large private swimming pool measuring 14 by 6 metres is filled with chlorine-free salt water and surrounded by sunbeds, a seating and lounge area and a shaded dining area designed for long summer meals beneath the stars. A barbecue, a pool shower and an outdoor W.C. complete the space, while terraces on several levels open the house to the light and the view.
The ground level gathers the communal life of the house. A living room with TV and air conditioning enjoys sea views and opens directly onto the terrace and pool, flowing into a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a guest W.C. close by. Two double bedrooms on this level each have a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, garden views and an en suite shower room, one of them with a double vanity.
Upstairs, two further double bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, sea views, access to the upper terrace and an en suite shower room, with one also offering a desk. A seating area with TV and air conditioning shares the same sea view and terrace access, and there is a guest W.C. on this floor.
The lower level holds a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite shower room and access to the lower terrace. Alongside it, a family suite links two interconnecting rooms with lower terrace access: the first has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite shower, while the second has twin beds that can be joined plus an additional single bed, air conditioning, a TV and its own en suite toilet. In total, seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms welcome up to 14 guests, making the house well suited to families and groups of friends.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, ceiling fans as noted, WiFi, satellite and cable TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine and dryer, hair dryers and a safe box. Parking is available on site, and baby cots and a highchair can be provided upon request.
