Villa Arizona
Surrounded by lush gardens and a vineyard, this modern Cycladic villa blends artisan stonework and smart-living features just minutes from the island’s hotspots.
Unique Features
- · Private indoor cave heated pool
Emerging from the rocky hillside with whitewashed walls that glow under the Mediterranean sun, Villa Arizona is a newly built retreat for 16 guests just a short drive from Mykonos Town and Super Paradise Beach. Designed with timeless Cycladic architecture and natural stone, the property blends traditional style with cutting-edge technology for an effortlessly modern aesthetic that feels both rooted and forward-looking. Though secluded and private, the villa’s location offers easy access to the island’s most iconic spots.
Surrounded by lush gardens with ancient olive trees, palm trees, and a vineyard, the expansive terrace is centered around a large beach-entry pool. Multiple shaded lounging areas, a wood-fired BBQ, and generous alfresco dining spaces make it ideal for group gatherings and relaxing under the sun.
The interiors span four separate buildings, offering privacy and comfort in boho-chic style. The main villa includes spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, four en-suite bedrooms, and a luxurious master suite with a large private balcony and sweeping views. Three additional guesthouses each feature an en-suite bedroom, ideal for accommodating up to six more guests. Every detail—from handcrafted woodwork to hand-shaped stone, reflects the highest level of craftsmanship, while a smart-home system allows seamless control of the property from your phone.
Villa Arizona also includes a private chapel with sunset views and a multi-level event terrace that can host weddings, celebrations, or retreats for up to 500 standing guests. It is part of our Signature Portfolio, offering 5-star standards throughout, and is located just 15 minutes from both Nammos and Scorpios.
