Set on the northeastern coast of Paros and looking out across the Aegean, this seafront complex of two villas lies only a few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria, around 10 metres away. Completed in 2024, it offers a combined living area of 442m2 and welcomes up to 16 guests, making it well suited to large families or groups travelling together.
The lively harbour village of Naoussa is 3.5 km away, roughly a six-minute drive. Paros Airport lies 25 km from the property, and the port of Parikia is 15 km away, so arrivals by air or ferry are equally straightforward.
The exteriors follow the traditional Cycladic idiom and sit comfortably within the landscape, while the interiors are elegant and minimal. Each villa has its own L-shaped private pool with floating day beds, surrounded by sunbeds, seating and lounge areas, a shaded dining area, an open-air shower and garden. It is a place to settle in with the sea breeze and the scents of the Mediterranean, and later to linger over a drink beneath the night sky.
The first villa opens at pool level onto a living room with a fireplace, TV and sea and pool views, leading to the terrace and pool, alongside a dining area, a bar with stools, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. Three double bedrooms share this level, all with air conditioning, terrace and pool access and views of the sea and pool: one has an en suite shower room, while the other two share a bathroom with shower. An exterior staircase climbs to a guest house on the upper level, a double bedroom with its own private entrance, en suite shower room, TV, sea view and a sofa that may accommodate a child.
The second villa mirrors this arrangement with a pool-level living room with fireplace, TV and sea and pool views, a dining area, a bar with stools and a fully equipped kitchen. Three en suite double bedrooms with showers are found on this level, two opening onto the terrace and pool with sea views and one with access to a side terrace. Upstairs, a fourth en suite double bedroom enjoys a sea view, a TV and a sofa that may accommodate a child.
Air conditioning runs through all bedrooms and living rooms, and the villas are equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, an indoor and outdoor sound system and smart home technology. There is a laundry room, a barbecue, hairdryers, a safe box, parking and a circumferential camera system, and baby cots and a highchair are available on request. Children are welcome, smoking is not permitted indoors, and pets and events are not allowed.
