Set on the gentle slopes above Soros Beach on the island of Antiparos, this private estate looks out across the Aegean towards Paros, Schinousa, Iraklia and Ios. The setting is peaceful and secluded, yet the sands of Soros Beach are only around ten minutes away on foot, which counts among the most sought-after stretches of shoreline on the island.
Antiparos village lies roughly 9.5 km away, about a 15-minute drive, while the port of Antiparos is around 10 km from the estate. Paros Airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes, including the ferry crossing and the drive.
The estate is made up of two fully independent residences, an upper and a lower unit, conceived to balance privacy with time spent together. Contemporary architecture creates an easy flow between refined interiors and generous outdoor living, with every level opening onto sun terraces that face the horizon. Each residence has its own private infinity pool with sunbeds, and outside there are pergola-shaded lounges and seating areas, shaded dining spaces and gas barbecues for long, unhurried days and evenings under the Mediterranean sun.
The upper residence opens into a living room with air conditioning, a TV, sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool. Alongside sits a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an island and stools, together with a dining area. Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV and sea views, are joined by two guest rooms with independent entrances, each offering a double bed, an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV, terrace access and mountain views.
The lower residence follows a similar arrangement, with a living room that has a TV, air conditioning, sea views and access to the terrace and pool, plus a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area. Its two double bedrooms each have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV and terrace access, one with sea views and the other with mountain and side sea views. Two further guest rooms with independent entrances each have a double bed, an en suite shower room, air conditioning, a TV and terrace access, one looking towards the sea and the other towards the mountains. An additional en suite staff room with bunk beds completes the layout, and across the estate the eight bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests.
Comforts include air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speakers, along with two kitchens fitted with modern appliances, one in each residence, as well as a washing machine, a dryer and hairdryers. Parking is available on site, and a baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Children are welcome, pets and events are allowed only upon request, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
