The exterior spaces extend across both levels, featuring various lounge and seating areas, an al fresco dining space, and two pergolas providing shaded comfort. A striking infinity pool and an infinity jacuzzi offer prime vantage points for the sea views, complemented by a teak deck with sun loungers positioned to overlook the water. The villa's layout is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The Ground Level includes an entrance hall, a living room with sea views, TV, DVD, and a fireplace, alongside the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the shaded outdoor dining area. A guest W.C. and one double room with a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, sea view, and balcony are also on this floor. The Pool Level hosts five additional double rooms, each with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, and DVD. Three of these rooms offer sea views and direct access to the pool and terrace, while one includes a double vanity. Another room features a study area and a skylight, and a separate guest room with a private entrance provides sea and pool views with terrace access.
