Nestled along the shores of Small Santa Maria, Kedros Shore is a beachfront villa surrounded by Kedros trees and natural vegetation, with direct access to turquoise waters and sandy beach.

The property follows a hacienda-style layout, with independent rooms arranged around a central courtyard, offering both privacy and shared space. The design combines traditional Greek simplicity with bohemian elements.

The villa includes three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate apartment with a double ensuite bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, and an additional bathroom with wardrobe. Two sofas in the apartment can be used as single beds. A fully equipped kitchen opens on two sides directly to the outdoor areas.

The outdoor spaces include a dining area with a table for 10 to 12 guests and built-in sofas, a garden lounge area, and a home cinema setup. There are four WCs and two open-air showers. The villa is equipped with 12 portable sunbeds and two sun umbrellas.
