On the northeastern coast of Paros, in the seaside area of Santa Maria, this summer residence looks out over the shimmering Aegean and sits only a few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria, roughly 10 metres away. Completed in 2024, it is one of two villas within a small complex and offers a total living area of 270m2, welcoming up to 8 guests across four deluxe bedrooms.
The lively village of Naoussa lies 3.5 km away, about a six-minute drive, while the port of Parikia is 15 km from the house and Paros Airport is 25 km away.
The exteriors follow the traditional language of Cycladic architecture, settling gracefully into the coastal landscape, while the interiors are elegant and minimal in spirit. Outdoors, the private pool sets the tone, with floating in-pool daybeds made for long, unhurried afternoons in the sea breeze and the scent of the Mediterranean. Around it are a seating and lounge area, a shaded dining area, an open-air shower, a garden and a barbecue, and as evening falls the terraces become the place for a cool drink beneath a starlit sky.
The pool level opens with an entrance leading into the living room, which has a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, along with views of the sea and pool and direct access to the terrace and pool. A dining area, a bar with stools and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances complete the social heart of the house. Three double bedrooms share this level, each with a double bed, air conditioning and an en suite shower room; two open onto the terrace and pool with sea views, while the third has access to a side terrace.
On the upper level, a fourth double bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, a TV, sea views and an en suite shower room, as well as a sofa that may accommodate a child.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, an indoor and outdoor sound system, satellite TV, WiFi and smart home features. There is also a laundry room, a hairdryer, a safe box, parking and a circumferential camera system, and a baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Children are welcome, smoking is not allowed indoors and events are not permitted.
