On the northeastern coast of Paros, this summer home looks out over the Aegean and sits only a few steps, around ten metres, from the sandy beach of Santa Maria. It is one of two villas within a small complex, newly built in 2024, and offers 172 square metres of living space for up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Naoussa, the nearest town, lies 3.5 km away, roughly a six-minute drive. The port of Parikia is 15 km from the villa and Paros Airport 25 km, so arrival on the island is straightforward whether by sea or air.
The exterior follows the traditional Cycladic idiom, its forms settling quietly into the coastal landscape. Outdoor life centres on the private L-shaped pool, where floating daybeds drift on the water and sunbeds line the edge. Around it are a seating and lounge area, a shaded dining area, an open-air shower, a garden and a barbecue, all set up for long days in the sea breeze and evenings beneath a starry sky.
The interiors are elegant and minimal. On the pool level, the entrance leads to a living room with a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, opening onto the terrace and pool with views of both the water and the sea. Alongside are a dining area, a bar with stools, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a WC. Three double bedrooms share this level, each with a double bed, air conditioning, terrace and pool access and sea and pool views; one has an en suite shower room, while the other two share a bathroom with shower.
Reached by an exterior staircase, the guest house on the upper level has its own private entrance and forms the fourth bedroom. It has a double bed, a sofa that may accommodate a child, air conditioning, a TV, sea views and an en suite shower room.
Comforts include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, WiFi, satellite and cable TV, an indoor and outdoor sound system and smart home features. There is also a laundry room, a hairdryer, a safe box, parking and a perimeter camera system. Baby cots and a highchair are available upon request. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets and events are not permitted, while children are welcome.
