The residence offers a grounded connection to the Tuscan landscape, situated within a short drive of Pisa, Florence, and the coastal town of Forte dei Marmi.

The outdoor grounds are composed of manicured lawns, mature olive trees, and cypress groves. A fenced salt-water swimming pool, measuring 6x12 meters, is framed by terracotta tiling and sun loungers. For outdoor dining, a paved terrace is equipped with a pergola, seating areas, and a coal barbecue, all overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The interior architecture maintains traditional materiality with terracotta flooring, exposed timber beams, and arched openings. The ground floor features a primary living room with a traditional fireplace and large French doors that open to the gardens. A fully modernized kitchen, equipped with an ice maker and Nespresso machine, serves the formal indoor dining room. The sleeping quarters are arranged to accommodate up to 14 guests across the main villa and an independent annex:
