A private swimming pool, measuring 15m x 7m with a depth of 1.60m, is set within manicured lawns and lush vegetation, safely distanced from the main villa for groups with children. The estate also features direct access to a tranquil river, complete with a dedicated relaxation area, dining table, and sun loungers. Multiple alfresco areas in the courtyard offer additional options for outdoor dining and leisure, complemented by two pizza ovens and ample private parking.

Inside the main villa, spacious interiors showcase an elegant, contemporary design with meticulously restored architectural details. The main floor, accessed by eight steps from the garden, includes a generous living room, a formal dining room with a massive fireplace, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
