Once a country residence for aristocratic Italian dynasties, the property has been meticulously renovated over two years, blending its historic grandeur with contemporary amenities.

The estate's manicured landscape ensures privacy, featuring a swimming pool measuring 5 x 14 meters and a private tennis court. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the large patio, shaded by umbrellas, or explore the organic vegetable garden during summer months. A dedicated gym and ample private parking are also available.

Across its four floors, the villa's interiors are appointed with original paintings, luxury fabrics, hand-crafted antiques, and family heirlooms. The ground floor presents an expansive entrance hall with a coffered ceiling, grand piano, and various seating areas. A formal dining room accommodates up to 22 guests, complemented by a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen, a smaller drawing room with red velvet seating, and a guest bathroom. Architectural details include original floor tiles, stone fireplaces, and high ceilings with painted walls. The first floor offers a dedicated reading/TV room and an additional large living room. A laundry room with two washing machines and ironing facilities is located on the second floor.

The villa features eight air-conditioned bedrooms and seven bathrooms, all equipped with hair dryers. The first floor includes a Master King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two Queen bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom (one with portable air conditioning), and a Twin/King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, a Queen bedroom suite offers a study and an en-suite bathroom, alongside a family suite comprising a King bedroom and a Twin/King bedroom sharing a bathroom. The third floor hosts a panoramic bedroom with two French beds and a television, complete with an en-suite bathroom.

Further amenities include a private wellness spa with sauna, central heating, and comprehensive Wi-Fi access throughout the property and grounds. Entertainment options feature satellite TV with Sky cable, a DVD player, stereo/CD player, and a foosball table. For outdoor cooking, a barbecue and a traditional wood-burning pizza oven are provided.

The rental includes all utilities, daily housekeeping for four hours, seven days a week, and a mid-week change of bath and pool towels. Daily breakfast service, with food included, is provided from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Guests receive a welcome pack featuring organic extra virgin olive oil from the estate. Garden and pool maintenance are also part of the service.
